Cause after the eccentric bearing installed on the device caused by rotation are more inflexible, the main reasons are the following:

a: Install eccentric bearing rear. Some fixture on the device may cause friction with the rotation member bearing rotation is not flexible;

b: The eccentric bearing when the installation is not clean, a foreign body in the bearing outer ring between the roller and the roller track, causing the bearing rotation is not flexible;

c: The original bearing clearance is small, when the inner ring and the shaft, the bearing outer ring and housing complexes, as had a greater amount of interference, the bearing inside the original clearance decreased, resulting in an eccentric bearing rotation is not flexible ;

d: If the larger eccentric bearing, bearing after the installation is complete, give the bearings plus a minimum radial load, in order to ensure flexible rotation of the bearing.
